Valora Surge processes orders within 7-15 business days, and shipping times vary by location. Domestic orders typically arrive in 7-15 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on customs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tracking details are provided when available, and Valora Surge is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, customs fees, or lost/stolen packages after delivery. Return or Refund policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items—such as sale items, intimate wear, accessories, or customized products—may be non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchange Policy
ValoraSurge accepts exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached; final-sale, custom, or personalized items are not eligible. If a product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with proof, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost. To initiate an exchange, email valorasurge@gmail.com with your order details. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, and price differences apply for higher- or lower-value items (with store credit issued for the difference). Store credit is valid for 6 months.
